In addition to your claim form, you will need...

Insured:

1. Completed claim form (can be obtained from a TRINRE branch or downloaded from the link above)

2. Estimate of repairs

3. VAT letter

4. Certificate of Insurance

5. Recent Certified Copy

6. Copy of Driver's Permit (both sides)

7. Third Party's information:
    a. Registration number
    b. Owner's name (Insured)
    c. Name of driver (if different)
    d. Telephone number
    e. Address
    f. Insurer
    g. Policy and Certificate number
    h. Expiry date

8. Any pictures of the accident or damaged vehicle(s).

Third Party:

1. Statement of the accident

2. Estimate of repairs

3. VAT letter

4. Recent certified copy

5. Letter of confirming coverage from their insurer

6. Copy of Driver's Permit (both sides).
