Negligence of an insured or employees of the insured can result in damage to persons or property.

This policy provides coverage against any sums of money, subject to terms and conditions of the policy, which the insured shall become liable to pay for during the course of business:

• Accidental death or bodily injury to any person
• Accidental damage to property excluding property owned by or in the custody or control of the insured
