This type of policy provides coverage against loss or damage by accident or other misfortune on items of jewelry and works of art. A valuation of the item(s) or proof of purchase is required to support the sum insured required. Coverage is automatic for losses in Trinidad and Tobago but for a small additional premium it can be extended globally.

Claims are settled by replacement of item(s), repairs or a cash payment.
